옵션에서 사이즈를 선택하시면 정품 신발을 구입한 후 커스텀을 진행합니다.

스니커즈 커스텀의 경우 주문 후 고객님 한 분만을 위해 만드는 제품입니다. 주문 제작이 시작된 이후에는 교환/환불이 불가합니다. 사이즈 선택에 유의하시길 바랍니다.

신발을 보유하고 있는 경우 옵션에서 [신발 고객 발송]을 선택 한 후 페르커 팩토리 성수로 신발을 보내면 됩니다. 예약 후 방문 접수도 가능합니다.

옵션 외의 사이즈를 원하시는 경우, 기본 커스텀 이외에 추가할 내용이나 변경하실 부분이 있으실 경우 고객센터  [ 070-4233-1014] 로 문의 바랍니다.

커스텀 소요 기간은  7~14일입니다. 자재를 수입하거나 주문해야 하는 경우, 신발을 해외에서 구매해야 하는 경우 소요 기간이 늘어날 수 있습니다.

If you select the size from the options, we will buy the original shoes and proceed the customization.

Customized sneaker product is made only for one customer after the order. Therefore Exchanges / Refunds are not available after your order. So please check your size carefully before you make an order.

If you have a shoes to be customized, please select [send shoes] from the options, and send it to the Seong-Su Ferker Factory.

The customization usually takes 7-14 days. If we need to import or order the materials that we need, it might take longer for the customization.
